Open the Photoshop, and create a new layer. Set the foreground value to 9a5018, and Background to 280906.

Go to "Filter" - "Render" - "Clouds".

Go to "Filter" - "Noise" - "Add Noise".

In the popup windows, set "Amount" to 7%, set "Distribution" to Uniform, and select "Monochromatic".

Go to "Filter" - "Artistic" - "Dry Brush".

Set "Brush Size" to one, set "Brush Detail" to one, and set "Texture" to one.

Go to "Filter" - "Distort" - "Shear".

Set shear control point in the box, and do not stop adapt to the side till you get a satisfaction result. Click "OK".

Now you've finished making a realistic wood texture.
