Open the image in Adobe Photoshop.

To add more canvas sizes to canvas select Image Canvas. Select "Relative" checkbox and set Width = nil %, Height = one hundred percent and click within the square in the middle of the top row.

Copy the layer. Select Edit Transformation Flip Vertical to rotate the new layer inverted.

Grab Move Tool and use it to pull the reflection under the first layer. Hold down Shift while pulling to ensure you drag it vertically.

Set white as foreground color, click Create New Layer in the layers palette and press Alt + Del to fill it with foreground color.

Select Filter Sketch Halftone Pattern and Set the values like this: Size = eight, Contrast = forty five, Pattern Type as Line and then click OK to apply these settings.

Select Filter Blur Gaussian Blur and set Radius = 5.9 pixels, click OK to apply this effect.

Right click Layer two in layers palette and select Copy Layer.

Choose Document new and name the document as ripples. Save new document as a Ripples.psd.

Select the ripples layer and remove it. Choose the reflection layer and go to Filter Warp Displace. Set Horizontal Scale = four and Vertical Scale = zero, click OK and then select the Ripple.psd you simply saved.

And you will get this.

Go to Filter Blur Gaussian Blur and set Radius = 5.9 pixels, click OK to apply the effect.

Press Ctrl + J to copy the reflection layer as a new layer. Select the new reflection layer and the first photograph layer, press Ctrl + E to combine them as a single layer.

Select the reflection layer and drag it on top of the layer list in layers palette. Select Image Adjustment Hue / Saturation and drag the sliders to adjust the reflection effect.

Change the reflection layer's opacity till you get the one desired.

Finally, we add a pragmatic water reflection to the image.
