Creative Tank

Draw a circle by employing Ellipse Tool from the toolbar.

Click Revolve Tool, click the art board to figure out the middle of the huge circle, then hold down Alt and drag from the right side of the little circle to repeat it.

Press Ctrl+D to copy the last step repeatedly, you can change the circle's color during repeating.

Here I have finished my Spiro graph effect.
