Run Dreamweaver.Open the document that you need to insert pictures. Click Insert -> Image.
Choose an image which you want, click OK.
In the Accessibility Attributes window of Image Tag you can write Green Sea Turtle in Alternate text as a short outline for this image or leave it, click OK.
Now you've got an image on your Dreamweaver page, you can check in preview.
